Job Responsibilities;

The incumbent to this position will be responsible for the following;

  • Payroll and Salary Administration
  • Quality Management in HR Department
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Staff Training and Development
  • Staff Welfare and wellness
  • Grievance and Disciplinary Process
  • Employee Records Management

Qualifications & Experience Required;

  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Business Management or any related discipline.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position or higher.

Skills and Competencies;

  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Proficieny in MS Office suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Outstanding organizational and time management
