The incumbent to this position will be responsible for the following;
- Payroll and Salary Administration
- Quality Management in HR Department
- Recruitment and selection
- Staff Training and Development
- Staff Welfare and wellness
- Grievance and Disciplinary Process
- Employee Records Management
Qualifications & Experience Required;
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Business Management or any related discipline.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position or higher.
Skills and Competencies;
- Problem solving and decision making
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Proficieny in MS Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Outstanding organizational and time management
